Marine construction for South Florida's most demanding waterfront.

Engineered boat lift installations across Palm Beach and Broward County. Authorized for five brands. Every Florida trade license held in-house. One company, one accountability chain, one phone number.

How we operate

A different kind of marine contractor.

Most lift companies hold one license and sub the rest. They sell the brand they happen to stock and coordinate between trades that don't share a phone number. We built the alternative.

Five brands. One honest answer.

Authorized for AMF, Hurricane, Deco, Golden, and Tide Tamer. We recommend the lift that fits your dock, your boat, and your conditions — not the one that pays us a higher spiff or sits in our inventory.

Every trade in-house.

Marine, general, electrical, plumbing — every Florida license your project requires is held by the same company. One contract. One insurance certificate. One schedule. Nobody points fingers because nobody else is involved.

Permits handled. Not outsourced.

City of Boca submittals, HOA architectural review, engineering drawings, surveys — drafted, stamped, and filed by our team. You sign one document. We do the rest.

Our approach

Engineered for twenty years.

A boat lift is a structural decision. It anchors to your seawall, carries a vessel that costs more than most homes, and lives in saltwater every day for the next two decades. We design and install it that way.

We engineer for service life, not install day.

The cheapest installation is rarely the lift still working in year fifteen. We size, select, and attach for the loaded weight of the boat you'll own at the end of the lift's useful life — not the one tied up at your dock today.

An owner signs every quote.

Initial conversations, site evaluations, and quotes come from a principal. Not a commissioned salesperson, not a junior project manager. The commitment you receive is the commitment we deliver — owner to owner.

The Process

From first call to final inspection.

Common Questions

Honest answers, before you sign.

The most common questions waterfront homeowners ask before they choose a contractor.

Most residential boat lift installations in Boca Raton run between $9,000 and $35,000 installed, depending on lift capacity, brand, motor type (AC, DC, or hydraulic), and the condition of your existing pilings. PWC and jet ski lifts start around $4,000. Custom yacht-class lifts can exceed $60,000. We provide a free written quote after an on-site evaluation — no estimates over the phone, because every dock is different.
There is no single best brand. The right choice depends on your boat's weight, dock configuration, water depth, and budget. We're authorized dealers for AMF, Hurricane, Deco, Golden, and Tide Tamer specifically so we can recommend objectively. After evaluating your site, we quote the brand that fits — not the one with the highest dealer margin.
Yes. The City of Boca Raton requires a marine construction permit for any new boat lift installation. We handle the full permitting process in-house — drawings, surveys, submittals, follow-up. Timelines run 3 to 8 weeks depending on property location, HOA requirements, and whether dock structural review is needed.
Once permits are issued and materials are on site, most installations take 1 to 3 days. Total project timeline from initial site visit to completed installation runs 6 to 12 weeks, driven primarily by permit processing — not installation itself.
Lift capacity should exceed your boat's fully loaded weight (boat + fuel + water + gear + batteries + engines) by at least 20%. A 7,500 lb dry-weight boat typically needs a 10,000 lb lift. Underspec'ing voids the manufacturer warranty and risks structural failure. We size up, never down.
Usually yes. We evaluate your existing pilings, dock structure, and electrical service during the free site visit. If pilings need replacement or reinforcement, that work goes into the same contract — we hold both marine and general contractor licenses, so dock work and lift installation come from one bid, not two.
All five brands offer manufacturer warranties on structural components — typically multiple years on the frame, shorter on motors and electronics. We warrant our installation workmanship separately. As authorized dealers for all five, warranty claims go through us — you're not chasing the factory.
Yes. Most Boca communities — Royal Palm Yacht Club, Boca Raton Bridges, Hillsboro Mile estates — require HOA architectural approval in addition to City permits. We prepare drawings to HOA spec, attend committee meetings where required, and coordinate the parallel approval process so your timeline doesn't stretch.
